When it comes to good barbecue, it’s really all about the hardware. And at Tennessee’s BBQ, their trophy case is literally overflowing with awards for their true Southern Style smoked ribs, chicken, pulled pork, brisket and more.
For just $15, you’ll get $35 worth of stick-to-your-ribs feel good food and drinks from any of Tennessee’s five convenient locations. The pit masters at Tennessee’s use only the best quality meat, and they dry rub and marinate those choice pieces for up to 24 hours. Then, it’s cooked low and slow in their Southern Pride Smokers for up to 16 hours over a blend of fruit woods. The result is smoky, melt-in-your-mouth meat that’s as tender as you’ve ever tasted. Slather on some sauce and add a cold beer and some cucumber salad, and you’ll quickly realize why Boston Magazine named them “Best Barbecue – West. ” And if you’re still not convinced, this Yelper calls Tennessee’s “by far the best BBQ in the area.”
Everything at Tennessee’s is made from scratch, from the cornbread down to the collard greens; which is probably why the Boston Herald says, “You can’t go wrong.” And since you can buy as many as you want—and they’re valid for both Dine-in and Take-out—stock up and add Tennessee’s BBQ to your restaurant repertoire today.

Why “They” Love Tennessee’s BBQ: “This is my main barbecue fix up here after moving from Texas. I get the brisket plates or sandwiches. I’ve always been a brisket buff and this stuff is good. It’s not too fatty or too lean and they have good sauces. They have good sweet potatoes, green beans, beans and some other sides. Also, they have draft rootbeer. You can’t beat that! I also like the atmosphere. They did a good job creating the southern atmosphere in a small shopping center area. It’s cozy, dim, and has alright blues music playing. I really recommend this place if you lived in the south and miss good barbecue…especially the beef. Oh yeah, you get things super quick too. I love that.” -Christy S. – Quincy, MA
“Great ribs on the south shore! The memphis ribs with cucumber salad, collard greens and potato salad (which is to DIE FOR!) is my absolute favorite. The inside is clean and we love the bluesy music atmosphere. The food is fantastic and you order at the counter and pick it up yourself to bring back to your table. It’s super fast even when it’s busy. My boyfriend has southern roots and is picky about his ribs and southern homestyle cooking and loves the place as much as me.” -Beth M. – South Easton, MA
“Finally, real BBQ in New England! I was born and raised in Texas so I know my BBQ. I also know that there are many different styles of BBQ. Sadly, almost no “BBQ” places in Boston make anything remotely similar to any real BBQ style I’ve ever seen. It’s been my main disappointment since moving here 13 years ago (otherwise, I love this town). So I was ecstatic to discover this place in Framingham. My wife and I go there on special occasions and we bring our relatives there when they visit. This is the real deal. Their homemade sauces are so good that we routinely fill 5 or 6 plastic containers with extra sauce and sneak it out for use at home. For newbies, the sampler platter is a great way to go. I personally prefer the sliced brisket sandwich with baked beans (dump some BBQ sauce in them and mix it up) and green beans with corn bread.” -Aaron P. – Middlesex, MA
