In your one-on-one lesson, the instructor will show you the fundamentals of Uechi-Ryu Karate, and prepare you for group sessions. Each class contains segments devoted to warming up and stretching, working on traditional karate skills, various high energy drills of attack and defense, some intense aerobic exercises and a cool down period (most students attend two classes per week). The new 2,300 sq. ft. main floor provides a superior workout area with a state-of-the-art suspended flooring system to promote health and reduce the risk of injury.

First and foremost, every class at Allan Azoff’s Martial Arts Academy is fun. In their program, the instructors work more on the fundamentals of harmony between mind, body and spirit rather than competition.
At Allan Azoff’s, you’ll learn traditional karate. The meaning and importance of respect is a theme in every class, and as students progress, they work on their journey to Black Belt.
