Everyone from Demi Moore to Gwyneth Paltrow is going Brazilian these days. Even Eva swears by it, and that desperate housewife knows what’s up. But if you’re all set with waxing, Churrascaria Rodeo – a Brazilian Steakhouse in Woburn right off Route 128– is sure to give you a taste of that “Carnaval” feeling.
For $15, you’ll get $30 towards anything on Churrascaria’s dine-in menu, and $30 will get you plenty. You could have the Rodizio BBQ ($22.95 for a bottomless supply of every meat, sirloin, kielbasa, and chop known to man) and still have dough left over for drinks or dessert – that is, if you possibly have room for it.
If you’ve never had Brazilian BBQ before, make sure you bring a big appetite. The “Rodizio” is their full-service barbeque. Waiters will come around with bbq spits loaded with various cuts that are all roasted on a Brazilian-style rotisserie grill. Lighter or less-meat-loving eaters can opt for apps like Shrimp Cocktail or seafood entrees like Moqueca (Seafood Stew). Vegetarians can go for a dinner of rice, beans, cassava roots, house salad, sautéed vegetables and fried bananas – all for $16.95.
With 3.5 stars on yelp, Churrascaria Rodeo has been called “impossible to resist.” Translation: you won’t be able to not eat all this delicious food even if you’re not that hungry, so save some room the day you go – your taste buds and your stomach will thank you.
