I’ve always had a problem with clogged pores on my face, resulting in tons of bumps and pimples. Popping these was always my favorite pastime, but it left me with scars and discoloration. After a handful of facials, Claudia at Cloud 9 completely resolved these issues. She gave me good direction on what NOT to do when I was alone in front of the mirror; she pointed me to a couple of really good products that addressed my skin problems, and she knew exactly which type of facial would be most helpful and when. I actually look foward to getting facials! Having oily skin and living in this dirty city causes me to have tons of blackheads and pimples. But ever since I started getting facials at Cloud 9 (I’ve had at least 10 facials with Claudia) my skin has improved tremendously. My complexion cleared up and I don’t break out as much, even during sweaty summers. Claudia’s facials are very thorough and yes, the extraction part is still painful, but Claudia’s charming personality helps distract you from the pain. It’s great that she only has one room and that it’s a very relaxing and clean setting. You get undivided attention and you can ask as many skin questions as you want! Unlike other facialists, Claudia doesn’t push you to buy products. In fact, she is very generous with samples and freebies.
